Overview

A very nice example of this popular performance cruiser, fresh water cooled Yanmar, teak interior, nice performance in a manageable package. She has had a number of pieces of equipment replaced in recent years (please check the full specifications for details) and shows very well. Only for sale as the owners wish to move up into the 35'-40' range.

Accommodations

Accommodations for up to 5 in a roomy varnished teak interior with a teak and holly sole. *Note the layout of the boat varies from the layout sketch in that she does not have the optional chart table. 12 volt lighting at all berth and settees with natural lighting and ventilation via 2 large fixed ports, 2 hatches, and a solar vent.

Starting forward is a 6'-3" V-berth with filler, below which there is bin type storage. Next aft to port is the enclosed head with manual W.C. plumbed via a Y valve to the holding tank, stainless steel sink with H&P pressure water, ensuite shower with sep. sump pump, small vanity and stowage in 3 compartments. Opposite to starboard is a hanging locker.

Next aft is the main cabin with straight settees P&S with some storage under and storage behind the seatbacks as well as in lockers and shelves over. Dining is off a teak table that stows on the fwd bulkhead when not in use. The port settee extends aft to the quarter berth.

Opposite to starboard is the L shaped galley with formica counter tops with fiddles, stainless sink with H&C pressure water and manual fresh water foot pump and storage in 3 lockers and 2 drawers. A large well insulated ice box provides good space for cold goods and a 2 burner low pressure Origo alcohol stove is fitted for cooking.

Sails & rigging

Aluminum, keel stepped, anodized, single spreader spar and boom with 1X19 stainless steel wire rigging.  A professional rigger surveyed the mast and rigging in 2019 and replaced the port lower and a new genoa halyard and guide were rigged at that time.  Winches were overhauled in 2017

Comfortable T cockpit with Edson wheel steering. Sail locker to starboard and two small lazarettes. Wide side decks lead forward. Double stainless steel bow and stern rails and stanchions fitted with double lifelines with gates P&S. Anchor locker forward.
