Vessel Walk Thru This Holland 38 was finished out with extensive storage and beautifully detailed joiner work ; this accompanied by her abundant natural ventilation and light with one large hatch, two stainless dorades, six opening ports and her wheelhouse surrounded with windows (5 of which are slider with screens) plus the screen salon door and two opening windshield windows makes her a delight to be on board!                                       Finished "Herreshoff Style" with varnished teak trim on off white flat panels with a solid teak and holly sole she provides accommodations for four in a single stateroom galley up configuration. Headroom is 6'-5" both in the salon and below decks and both the V-berths and the salon settee are 7' in length (berths are 36" in width and the settee makes down to a double 48" in width).                                                                                                              Starting forward is the Stateroom with over and under V-Berths. The advantage to this is the berth space can be somewhat wider using the same space, extensive storage below the berths. Forward of the berths is access to the anchor rode locker while above the berths the hull is lined with varnished teak ceiling strips.                                                                             Aft and to port is a bureau with 6 drawers and a drop face locker and shelf atop while to starboard is a huge hanging locker with shelves outboard as well as a shelf atop.                  Next aft to port is the enclosed head featuring an electric W.C., Corian vanity with sink and H&C water and with plenty of storage. Opposite to starboard a a generous shower compartment with seat, draining via a separate sump pump.                                                   Up three steps to the Salon and Galley. The Galley runs along the port side and affords plenty of counter space and storage, single basin sink with H&C water and potable filtered water faucets. Cooking is managed on a Tasco 3 burner propane stove with oven and broiler while chilled foodstuffs are stored in a Norcold 12 volt refrigerator freezer.             The Salon is aft with a 4' bench seat to port with storage under and above and the longer 7' Lshaped settee to starboard that makes into a double when occasion requires again with storage under and above. Additional storage in in a half height bureau aft of the helm station. The offset door aft also has a screen door that slides into place.                             The Helm Station is starboard side with adjacent door, full vessel controls and Navionics, electrical panels etc.                                                                                                                           The full beam Cockpit has room for four deck chairs, two lazarette lockers and side storage cabinets. Easy access to the side decks and a properly sloped teak ladder with wide treads allows equally easy access to the flying bridge. • Sony CD stereo with 2 speakers in the salon • 4 12 volt cabin fans
