Overview

On just her 2nd owners this lovely Hinckley 42 has been nicely upgraded over the past few years. Throughout her life a New England boat and always stored inside 7-8 months per year, the last 7 years in inside heated storage at one of the finest yards in the North East. Her hull was Awlgripped Flag Blue in 2017 and in 2014 a new Northern Lights generator was installed along with a new Garmin Radar and color Chart Plotter at both helm stations. That coupled with attentive on going maintenance make her a wonderful example of these traditional Spencer Lincoln designed downeast power cruisers.

The Salon space is aft with gently curved 6' settee to port with storage under and curved single bench seats to starboard again with storage under as well as in the small bureau between.  Additional storage in the cabinets forward.

The Lower Helm station for ward and to starboard is equipped with an adjustable chair and full vessel controls and navigational equipment with the yacht's electrical distribution panels adjacent.

The centerline door allows easy access to from the interior to the full width cockpit.  The Cockpit sole was refinished in light gray with Griptex in recent years matching the light gray on the side decks.  Large lazarettes under the aft deck whicle forward to port is a gently sloped ladder with wide teak treads leading to the flying bridge and a 2 step ladder allows easy access to the wide side decks leading forward.
