Accommodations-

The Classic layout featured on GARNET has settees port and starboard in the main salon that make excellent berths; a practical “U” shaped galley to port and spacious navigation station to starboard. The X-412 classic provides comfort and safety at sea and in port. Two cabin, two head, layout, with loads of storage throughout. Logical, practical yet beautiful, with only the finest materials and craftsmanship.

Galley-

The galley has ample storage in drawers, lockers and on shelves. • 5 Gallon s/s insulated hot water heater 110V and engine heating • Large ice box with 12 Volt refrigeration• Double sinks • (3) Burner propane stove with oven • (2) Freshwater tanks with deck mounted deck fills • Double s/s sink in galley

Head-

• Shower units in both heads. • S/S sinks. Both head sumps are connected to their own bilge pumps. • (2) S/S Holding tanks each with "y" valve for offshore overboard discharge, deck pump outs

Hull and Deck- Hull as well as deck are in hand laid E glass reinforced on special high stress areas with Triaxial fiberglass in connection with a sandwich laminate using hard compressed Divinycell foam as core material. Solid laminated around the keel reinforcement girder system, the engine install, the propeller, the rudder bearings as well as all through hull fittings. Hull surface outside is white gel coat with three red stripes and red cove stripe. Hull and deck are glued together with a special polyester resin and are bolted together on 4" centers.

• Yanmar 3 JH3CE 3 cyl. diesel engine. S Drive, geared folding 2 blade propeller by Flexofold • 35 gal s/s tank with deck fill, separator, shut off valve • Engine instrument panel (led into the cockpit coaming) with RPM meter, temp meter, low pressure and high temp alarm, and starting switch
