Overview
For sale only as the owner no longer works in the area. This lovely J/100 is very well equipped with below decks Garmin auto pilot and recent Garmin chart plotter as well as an extensive sail inventory, dodger and bimini. Under current ownership she has been stored inside 8+ months of the year. Her bottom is all painted and she has a prepaid launch!
The J/100 was designed as the ultimate gentleman's daysailor, (Bob Johnstone's description). She is very easily sailed with a feather touch on the helm. An moderate sail plan and easily driven hull, makes this an easy boat to manage as well.
J/100 is designed with comfortable, self-bailing cockpit having full-length seats with backrests and a full-width dodger for weather protection. The simple interior layout includes 2 berths in the main cabin and optional V-berth forward, and a marine head. If the wind dies, a 10 HP diesel auxiliary with folding prop is standard.

Descriptions
Vessel Walk Thru
As one would expect, the focus of a boat designed for daysailing is the cockpit 8+ feet in length, the J/100 cockpit is a dream; as equally capable of taking a single hander out for an hour or two as she is in taking a large party out for a full day. Large sail lockers P&S will handle any amount of gear one could imagine putting onboard a vessel this size.
Wide side decks with double stanchions and lifelines, with gates P&S, provide easy and safe access fore an aft, Double bow and stern rails, stern rail with a wide gate for access to the step transom. Down below the vessel is simply fitted out though nicely finished with the optional teak trim package. Settee berths P&S with storage under; above the settees there is a storage shelf with fiddle.
Aft there are platforms P&S one of which holds a cooler for drinks and sandwiches. Forward is a manual W.C. plumbed via a Y valve to the holding tank and vanity with molded in sink with manual fresh water to port while opposite to starboard and a hanging locker area.
Furthest forward is the optional 6'-8" v-berth.
