There is a tremendous amount of natural light and ventilation with a large hatch and two hull and house ports all with screens. The helm deck features LeBroc helm and companion seats and fore and aft running bench seats P&S. Under the bench seats there are voluminous storage lockers in addition to which there is a locker on centerline aft in which one could install a small generator if so desired. Additional lockers are outboard of the engine box/trans seat. • Clarion AM/FM stereo with speakers below and on the helm deck • (2) Hella 12 volt DC turbo fans at below decks settee • 7,000 BTU dockside reverse cycle air conditioning below decks (heats & cools) • 12 volt recessed lighting on dimmers throughout

Construction; Hull and Deck Built by Boston Boat Works the MJM 29Z is known for it's light but extremely strong construction with full epoxy resin in the laminate and a layer of Kevlar in the external laminate. The hull is cored with Corecell closed cell foam with solid fiberglass along the centerline, chines, and at the hull to deck joint. After being laid up the entire structure is vacuum bagged to 14.7 psi and then fully post cured by being heated in an oven at very controlled rates to 140 degrees to insure complete curing of all resin. The hull is finished in Majestic Blue Awlcraft 2000, with a White boot stripe and Cordova Gold cove stripe. Below the waterline the hull is protected by Trilux black anti-fouling. The deck is cored with Airex closed cell PVC foam coring and finished with Moondust (tan) gel-coat on white. • Lewmar low profile deck windlass • Lewmar stainless steel anchor with 25' chain and 250' rode • Fresh water anchor wash down • Fortress FX-11 secondary anchor with chain and rode • All stainless steel deck hardware and rails • Thule rack system custom mounted on hard top will take sea kayak, paddle board and other accessories • Rod holders in P&S cockpit coamings • Transom door • Fiberglass swim platform • Armstrong flip down swim ladder • H&C Transom shower • Cockpit mooring cover (3 piece) • 8 Type II Life jackets • Life ring • 2 fire extinguishers • Flare kit • 3 fenders and 4 35' braided docklines

Additional Information This MJM 29Z has only been lightly used in fresh water since 2016. Orginally sold in the US she sold to owner #2 in Europe who had the boat rewired to European standards but he only kept her a short while and sold her back into the US where the factory re-wired her back to US standards, as a result much of the "heavy wiring" is 2015. The very low hours and 3 years in fresh water are a huge plus on this particular MJM 29Z. Used about 45 hours total in 2017 and 2018 and then just 1.5 hours in 2019. She is in very nice condition throughout and will not likely last very long in the current market. Exclusion: The trailer in the photographs was used for transport only and is not included in the sale.
