Description:
Reds Dream, hull #83 is the first Bridges Point 24 built since long time builder Wade Dow sold the design and tooling to Bill Wright of Bridges Point Boat Company. Designed in 1983 by noted naval architect Joel White of Brookline, ME, the BP 24 has traditional looks and graceful overhangs. Solid fiberglass hull and molded deck with varnished African mahogany (Kahya)wood trim.
 
An electric Yacht 5.0 QT electric motor provide auxiliary power. 5-6 hours of use with a full charge. Charging the 36V systems is accomplished through solar panels and prop regeneration while under-sail.
 
Quick, spirited and easy to sail. It doesn't take much breeze to move her along. The Bridges Point 24 combines wholesome looks with reliable, safe easy sailing for an always enjoyable experience.
