So very easy to board via port or starboard side gate to Pilothouse and wide walkways, or via wide swim platform to off center transom door leading to generous covered cockpit. From the cockpit, through side-by-side double opening steel doors you enter into beautiful saloon/galley. Built-in L shaped settee upholstered in neutral leather, fold out teak hi–lo table starboard, moving forward, teak cabinetry hides washer dryer, U line freezer. Port side of saloon has built in cabinetry with media station on top, and breakfast bar with two matching leather stools. U shaped galley with off white Corian countertop, double stainless-steel sink, built in microwave/convection oven, 3 burner electric cooktop and built in under counter oven, and refrigerator freezer. Abundant drawer and locker space. Three large frameless windows on each side, small window, double doors and opening window aft, allow abundant natural light. Wood blinds throughout, as well as neutral linen draperies. Teak and holly sole and beautiful teak woodwork throughout, all in lovely condition.
Moving forward, up four steps to the pilothouse with center helm, doors to both port and starboard, beautiful L shaped neutral leather covered settee to port with teak hi-lo table. Teak cabinetry throughout, teak and holly sole, seven large windows. Opening overhead hatch and six steps lead to Flybridge.
Spacious Flybridge has twin Bimini top, allowing Upper Helm area to be fully enclosed, or open to make a fully covered Top Deck and BBQ area!
From saloon/galley five steps down to companionway with guest stateroom port with full-size off-center bed, hanging cedar locker, five drawers, three smaller lockers, two opening portlights, beautiful teak finish. Sliding door.

Scott makes his passion his career. Growing up in a sailing family, Scott was on yachts from an early age cruising Block Island Sound as well as the Maine Coast. Upon entering college, he started racing and was introduced to dinghy sailing where he honed his skills. After college Scott joined the Living Classroom Foundation in Baltimore originally as a volunteer and then as an employee where he taught sailing to inner city youth, assisted with their boat building program and met his wife of 22 years, Alex.
Returning to Maine in 1998, Scott started his professional career in the yachting industry by taking a job with Sun Yachts in Camden, Maine as a Sales Agent. From Camden, Maine Scott worked his way up through the ranks as he moved to Portland, Maine as the Crewed Yacht Supervisor for Stardust. Then on to Tortola in the British Virgin Islands for 7 Years as the Caribbean Yacht Sales Manager for Sunsail. He then moved to Ft Lauderdale, Florida to take on the position of Global Sales Manager for Leopard Catamarans for 7 years. In 2014 Scott returned home again with his family and joined East Coast Yacht Sales taking over the Camden Office and then opening a second office in Belfast, ME.

Having represented and worked with many of the industry leading manufacturers, traveling globally to work with factories on build projects, and working with many of the industry’s leading designers, Scott is well positioned to help buyers and sellers navigate the buying/selling process.
