Description
Accommodations
On deck "Elizabeth A" is a spacious lobster style cruiser with enough open deck space for several passengers.
She is equipped with a large teak swim platform off of the transom and a large teak bench seat aft. Boarding is made easy with a custom teak/fiberglass boarding step that can double as extra seating for passengers. Moving forward the helm station is located on the starboard side with passenger seating to port. The pilothouse layout is classic lobster boat in that the port side is semi-enclosed with large windows and the starboard side is open outboard of the helm station. Overhead ventilation and light is provided by two overhead Bomar hatches. Directly in front of the passenger seating is the companionway below.
Engine access is achieved with a large hatch located in between the companionway and the helm station. The interior has a classic downeast open layout with a large v-berth/seating area forward.
All soft goods are forest green in color and in good condition. Moving aft of the v-berth, there is a manual pump sink on the starboard side and a small galley with Force 10 stove to port. Aft of the sink, on the starboard side, there is a large head that is equipped with an electric flushing toilet.
Forward engine access is excellent and is achieved by removing two large hatches located against the aft bulkhead of the cabin.

Rob grew up on the coast of Maine where he began sailing at the age of 8 through a local yacht club program. He learned many important lessons about teamwork in those early days of sailing turnabouts and 420âs. Later he would become an instructor with that same program teaching kids and adults the joys of day sailing and racing. After graduating from college in 2002 he then moved to Annapolis Maryland and began his career as a yacht broker specializing in the sale of blue water trawlers and sailboats.
Upon his return to Maine in 2013 he opened a satellite office for a brokerage based in Newport at Handy Boat Service in Falmouth. Here he oversaw the sale of both new and used boats with an emphasis on cruising sailboats. In 2017 Rob joined the team at East Coast Yacht Sales in their Yarmouth office where he continues to develop and hone his abilities to coordinate custom boat builds and facilitate smooth transactions for both buyers and sellers on the brokerage market.Â
