1983 Cape Dory 31 Cutter (Hull #24) COKI III is one of the popular Cape Dory 31's with an improved interior layout over the Cape Dory 30's. By locating the enclosed head aft at the base of the companionway with the galley opposite the head, the interior seems more spacious throughout.

Forward Cabin:
V-berth in forward cabin with a filler piece to make a large double. Aft of the berth to port is a locker. Drawers are port and starboard under the berth.
Salon:
The main cabin is next aft with wide settee berths port and starboard with backrests and storage behind. The starboard settee extends to a double berth. On the forward bulkhead is a new (unused) solid fuel Dickerson cabin heater. A fixed teak dropleaf table is mounted on centerline. Aft to port is the enclosed head with W.C., shower, vanity, sink, etc. To starboard is the U-shaped galley. Varnished teak interior woodwork in good condition.
